VIII. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

These Terms of Use represent the entire understanding between User and Heartland Income Properties, LLC regarding User’s relationship with the Company and supersedes any prior statements or representations. When using the Site, User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
